Did somebody say chocolate banana bread? 🍌
Banana bread is always good: for breakfast, as a snack, after sports or an afternoon walk, or as a dessert after dinner. With our fair organic cocoa powder it tastes even better. Like our chocolate, it is 100% produced in Ghana. Aromatic, natural and highly de-oiled, it is ideal for baking, drinking and decorating. There are no limits to your creativity.
- 2 ½ bananas or three small bananas mashed
- 250 g flour
- 120 ml milk or milk alternative of your choice
- 80 ml oil of your choice e.g. olive oil
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- optional: 50 g sugar
Mix all the ingredients, pour them into a greased baking tin and put the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. The banana bread will be fluffiest if you put the milk, oil and bananas in the blender and mix them well, and then add the dry ingredients.
