Chunky Chocolate Granola

News, Stories

Eat your greens – for us rather “Eat your chocolate“! Like we’ve always said: chocolate for breakfast is always a good idea. And then in combination with a delicious granola and a cup of coffee – who could say no?  Ingredients 1 banana, mashed 2 tbsp nut butter 2 tbsp oil 2 cups oat flakes 1 tbsp syrup of your choice A little salt and cinnamon 100 g 70% fairafric chocolate chopped  Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate in a large bowl. Then put them on a baking tray and flatten the mixture. Put them in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take a quick look to see if the granola is already a little brown and leave  it in the oven for another 5 minutes. Important: Let it cool down before you mix in the chocolate. Enjoy!
