Amanase stands for handmade pralines and chocolates in small batches. Each creation is made with time, precision, and attention to detail – not industrially, but intentionally slowly. This results in products with depth, texture, and true character.

Training
Amanase Chocolate School
Amanase is Ghana's first formal chocolate school. Here, we create training opportunities for young people and impart craft, knowledge, and perspectives. Every praline also represents learning, qualification, and a fair future in the country of origin of cocoa.

Our products are manufactured in Ghana – close to the origin of cocoa. This means short transport routes, genuine proximity to the raw materials, and more local value creation. At Amanase, origin is not a marketing promise but lived practice.
