Retailer FAQs

As your e-mail address is used for the exchange between our online store and our
merchandise management system, unfortunately you cannot change your e-mail address yourself. In this case, please send us a short email to sales@fairafric.com

Unfortunately, due to the high manual effort involved, we have had to discontinue the option of paying by
direct debit mandate. In future, you will have the option of ordering from us via
invoice, credit card or PayPal.

You can change the name of the contact person in your account under "My profile". To do this, simply click on "Edit" and make the appropriate corrections. If your company name has changed, you can enter this in the address settings under "Company".

You can no longer customize your order, but you can cancel the
order as long as it has not yet been processed by our packing team.

Our discount codes are intended exclusively for end customers and therefore cannot be redeemed in our B2B store. If you have one of our chocolate vouchers, please order on account and send us a short e-mail, we will then enter the chocolate voucher manually.

Wir müssen euren Anspruch auf unsere B2B-Konditionen immer erst manuell prüfen, bevor euer Account erstellt werden kann. Dies kann je nach aufkommen 2 – 3 Tage in Anspruch nehmen. Wir hoffen auf euer Verständnis und etwas Geduld.  

Falls aus gegebenen Gründen keine UST-ID vorhanden ist, kann in dem entsprechenden Feld "Keine UST-ID vorhanden“ eingetragen werden.

Falls es nicht explizit auf der Produktseite anders angezeigt wird, garantieren wir ein MHD von mindestens 6 Monaten.
