At first glance, silken tofu may not be the first choice for a chocolate mousse, but the combination with chocolate is not only super delicious, but the chocolate mousse is also super easy to make!
Ingredients for six servings:
- 300 g fairafric chocolate 43% with hazelnut
- 500 g silken tofu
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Preparation:
- Puree the tofu very well in a blender.
- Melt the chocolate in a pot, add it to the tofu with the remaining ingredients, and mix well again.
- Add salt and cinnamon.
- Ideally, chill the mousse for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
