FAQs for retailers
Since your e-mail address is for the exchange between our online store and our
inventory management system, you can unfortunately not change your e-mail address independently. In this case please write us a short mail to email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we had to discontinue the possibility of payment by
direct debit mandate due to the high manual effort. In the future you have the possibility to order via
invoice, credit card or PayPal.
You can change the name of the contact person in your account under "My profile". To do this, you can simply click on "Edit" and make the appropriate corrections. If your company name has changed, you can enter it in the address settings under "Company".
You can no longer customize your order, but you can cancel the
order as long as it is not processed by our packing team.
Our discount codes are intended for end customers only and can therefore not be redeemed in our B2B store. If you have one of our chocolate vouchers, please order on account and write us a short e-mail, we will then manually maintain the chocolate voucher.
We always have to check your eligibility for our B2B conditions manually before your account can be created. This can take 2 - 3 days depending on the volume. We hope for your understanding and patience.
If for given reasons no UST-ID is available, "No UST-ID available" can be entered in the corresponding field.
If it is not explicitly indicated otherwise on the product page, we guarantee a best before date of at least 6 months.
