Where do our ingredients come from?

We want to give you deep insights into every part of our supply chain. Here we introduce you to our partners along the entire value chain and tell you exactly where we source our raw materials.
The basis without which chocolate would not exist! We source our cocoa from farmers from Serendipalm. Serendipalm is not only committed to organic farming, but also to dynamic agroforestry. This cultivation method combines various elements of regenerative agriculture or permaculture, improves soil quality and makes it possible to bind large quantities of CO² in the long term.

We produce our vegan, light-colored chocolates using cashews from gebana. They buy directly from around 11,000 farming families and have set up their own local value-added businesses that process raw materials locally and create jobs.

Aduna is an African-inspired social food brand. The company works with over 1,800 women from Ghana and Burkina Faso who are able to generate sustainable income through this collaboration.

Moringa Connect works with over 5000 smallholder farmers in Ghana and has already planted over 2 million Moringa trees.

The only suppliers for organic tigernut. Govinda, the only supplier of organic tiger nuts, sees organic quality as a basic requirement and enables many people in Niger access to a steady wage, water supply and solar energy through the cultivation of tiger nuts.

As a wholesaler, Delphi Organic specializes in food from controlled organic cultivation. Furthermore, the company attaches importance to solid partnerships and a continuous exchange with the producers and processors in the respective country of cultivation.

The Khoisan company extracts natural, hand-scooped sea salt from an underground salt lake. The aim of the family-owned company Khoisan Trading Co. Ltd. is to provide work for as many people as possible from the surrounding region, as well as to comply with international regulations on working conditions.


Pure Live follows a strict monitoring of the entire supply chain, supports its farmers in the respective growing countries and creates growth opportunities for the employees in Mozambique as well as a local infrastructure.

We source the pineapple and mango balls from HPW, which, with HPW Fresh & Dry Ltd, is one of the largest producers of naturally dried mango, pineapple and coconut in the whole of Africa. The fruit balls are chocolatized in our Chocolaterie Schule Amanase.

Ortlieb organic has been working for decades with a cooperative farm in Azerbaijan on the edge of the Caucasus, from which they source their organically certified hazelnuts.
